RAYBA ADDRESS

RAYBA
PO Box 298
Rogers, MN  55374

RAYBA provides youth in the Rogers area and surrounding communities the opportunity to play organized basketball through House and Travel programs.

Our mission is to educate and empower today’s youth with confidence, commitment and integrity, so they can help create a productive and successful tomorrow. Our goal is to teach young athletes respect for themselves, their peers and their community by instilling a code of ethics built on honesty, responsibility and team work.

Together, our players, families and volunteers work to cultivate a safe, structured and encouraging environment; so every child can reach their full potential, develop their talents and increase their skills in the game of basketball and more importantly…life.

Who We Are
RAYBA began over 14 years ago with a dedicated group of parents passionate about two things…raising healthy, successful children and playing the game of basketball!

RAYBA provides House leagues for grades Kindergarten through 12th grade (Boys and Girls) along with Boys and Girls Travel teams for grades 4th through 8th. Teams are coached and/or managed by local volunteers.  Players are also given the opportunity to attend skill camps and customized practice sessions to strengthen their game.

Program Expansion Savings Fund
As our community grows, we are continually challenged with finding space for our children to practice and play. In 2015 we created the Program Expansion Savings Fund10% of all registration fees go to this fund. The goal is to utilize this fund to create more space in the community to play the game of basketball.

Financials
Today, our non-profit organization supports over 1,200 boys and girls in our programs and participates in basketball all over the State of Minnesota.  Our yearly expense are approximately $160,000. A breakdown of these expenses is shown below:

RAYBA, including our parents, coaches and sponsors are steadfast in our commitment to educate and encourage today’s adolescents who are destined to become tomorrow’s role models.
