Lay-ups – Each player on the team will attempt a lay-up from both the right and left side

Cluster Shots – The team will take shots from each block and from the free throw line.  To start the team will lineup at one block.  One player shoots and gets their rebound and passes to the next player in line.  This is repeated until 5 shots are made by the team from this spot.  Starting with the player who is next in line, the team moves to the free throw line until 5 shots are made.  Finally the team moves to the other block until 5 shots are made, meanwhile keeping the same order the entire time.  This is a competition against the other team

Chest Passes – Chest passes are performed between players for one minute.  For a pass to be counted a player must catch the ball without it hitting the ground.  2 lines are formed across the lane from each other.  Teams are competing against each other to complete as many passes as possible in 1 minute.

Bounce Passes - Bounce passes are performed between players for one minute.  For a pass to be counted a player must catch the ball cleanly on one bounce.  2 lines are formed across the lane from each other.  Teams are competing against each other to complete as many passes as possible in 1 minute.
