    RAYBA Travel Evaluation Walk-through

    By Webmaster 08/08/2018, 9:23am CDT

RAYBA will be hosting a travel evaluation walk-through for all interested travel players on Monday, 8/27 from 6:30-8:00 pm at Rogers Middle School.

This event is usually well-attended by the younger age groups (4th & 5th grades) and anyone new to the program who has not participated in a past travel evaluation.  It will help the athletes understand the different skills/drills that will be expected during the evaluation process.

Please reach out to Joe Ness (joe.ness@rayba.org) with any questions.

After a successful 2017-2018 season, RAYBA will once again help you clean out those closets and put your old basketball shoes to good use. We are continuing our partnership with Sprint to Cite Soleil in an effort to collect your old basketball shoes that will be packaged and sent to a youth basketball community in Haiti.

We will be accepting shoe donations all season long (simply look for the donation signs & bins at our various season events)

RAYBA - Rogers Area Youth Basketball Association

RAYBA provides youth in the communities of Dayton, Otsego and Rogers the opportunity to play organized basketball through House and Travel programs.

Players should be prepared to practice hard, play hard and have fun in a structured basketball environment. RAYBA provides In-House leagues for grades Kindergarten through 12th (Boys and Girls) along with Boys and Girls Travel teams for grades 4th through 8th.

Teams are coached and/or managed by local volunteers. Tryouts are held in September for the Travel teams. In the event a player does not make a Travel team, they are given the option to play on an In-House team. For more information on RAYBA's In-House or Travel basketball programs please click the House or Travel Information Center links above.
