Travel Uniform Order
(RAYBA GIRLS ORDERS ARE DUE BY MIDNIGHT ON SEPTEMBER 24)
For the 2025-26 Travel season RAYBA will have new Travel uniforms. All players that make a travel team will need to order:
- Jersey
- Shorts
- Warm Up Shirt (Same as last year's, so if you have last years you do not need to order)
- Backpack with Name and number on it. (Optional, not required)
Backpack will not be part of the 4K shot club this year.
Please fill out this form completely and as accurately as possible, as uniform orders will be created from the information collected. The lead time if 3 to 4 weeks for the uniforms, so please assure sizing selected is correct.
Payment will be required at the completion of this registration.
